SOOOO BEHIND!!!!

So I am really behind!!!!! 

So first! 

Friday February 3, 2001.....

Most Epic Skiing Day Ever. 

powder on every run. powder up to our knees. 

It was.... heavenly. Yes, heavenly to say the least. 

I didn't take my camera because it was super cloudy and cold and windy and it dumped all day. I wish I would have had it though on a few runs... I would have gotten some awesome shots of Matt hitting powder.. oh well next time.

Sunday I spent my entire day, not exaggerating... my entire day studying for my art history test I had on monday! 12 hours exactly!

I spent 7 hours sitting in Starbucks purely writing out outlines to 4 different essays. 

I learned a lot but I felt like a waste of time when I got to class on Monday and they picked the 1st essay to write about.

But that was good because it was the easiest one and I think I rocked it. I'm excited to see what I got on it!

I honestly have never studied so hard in my entire life. 

So Last week was pretty basic if I remember right... but on Thursday!!!

Jessie and Owen came down to visit me in Provo! He is so big now!!! IT had only been a month since I saw him in Hawaii but i swear he is huge now.

So we had lunch with Sara at the MOA and then they came and saw my dorm room.

So Thursday was kind of monumental... it was my first genuine date of my BYU career....  it only took 6 months for me to get a date... pretty pathetic. 

But anyways!

We went to the Nicklecade! and it was really fun! I had a good time. 

It definitely was a good first date!

And then the weekend continued! I headed down to Draper on Saturday to meet up with Jessie and Justin and OWEN and soon to be Zac to hang out, go to lunch and do some more extreme 1970's ski apparel shopping!

We had an awesome lunch and this soup place in Sugarhouse. 

I saw a lot of cool stuff down there and I really want to go back and shoot now. 

We ended up headed through DI for a while and some other vintage stores. It was a pretty good day :)

especially when Jess and I went to Nordstrom Rack! I got some epic Steve Madden oxford flats for half price!

and some super cheap vans! and a lucky bag but I'm feeling guilty about that and I'm thinking about taking it back :( 

Moving on to Saturday...

the stress of getting all the siblings together for a family photo shoot.

Trying to coordinate 6 people, a baby and a puppy = difficult! 

BUT!

it all turned out!

We all looked absolutely ridiculous in our ski gear but it was totally worth it! Can;t wait to see the prints! 

The rest of the weekend was pretty good. Owen got RSV and it was heart wrenching hearing him cough but he was still as smiley as ever :)

It was sad saying goodbye to them as they left on Sunday but Jessie and I now want to go to Hawaii at the same time in May to visit mom, I hope it works out!

Sunday night I went to Starbucks to study and I got hit on by the most awkward guy ever!... but thats a different story. :)
